These Regulations specify the conditions for the sale of clothing online store www.royalfantasy.com.

The sale takes place via the Internet in the form of a distance.

Each customer in our online store is required to read the rules.

Shipping.

When you make the payment, your products are packaged and prepared for shipment. We ship Your item in 24 hours of receiving the payment. Shipping time depend on the country of destination:

  • All Europe - shipping time is 2-5 working days
  • North America – shipping time is 5-10 working days
  • Asia, Australia – shipping time is 5-12 working days
  • Rest of the World – shipping time is 5-20 days

This rule does not apply when in product description has been said differently.

Shipping cost is always 10 EUR.

We do not take any responsibility for providing us with an incorrect address. The customer is obliged to ensure that gave us appropriate address. We do not refund when product was not delivered because of the wrong address.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns of items purchased directly from Royal Fantasy online store are eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.

Once received your exchange we will ship You the new item according to availability, or refund Your money with a confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 30 days.

Every refund is paid to the same account from which the product was purchased.

To be eligible for return or exchange Your products purchased from Royal Fantasy must be :

  • In perfect condition with no signs of use,
  • The card of Return & Exchange must be filled,
  • Returns and exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving the package.

Complaint

Each complaint is dealt with in our company. Processing of your complaint will take place 30 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for complaint You must fulfill the card of a Complaint.
